......parents can only give you good advice or put you on the right paths,but the final forming of a persons character lives in their own hands....

         i agree with this saying because they are both helpful one way or another reading helps your mind no more accomplish more and do more as exercise helps the body maintain the way it suppose to be and helps it keep your body  the way it should be.
